Generally it is a simple system to use and configure, and great if you have a single entity, based in the US or Canada, with a small number of customers, vendors and items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of February 2024 this system was not quite ready or capable to handle certain requirements for use outside of the US or Canada, and the support is slow & doesn't quite understand the requirements. If you have mutliple entities, many SKU's and use anything other than the US Date format, the system is clunky and many features do not work effectively.
