What do you like best about XoroERP?

Does a great job helping us keep track of our inventory and sales. Works well for what we need it to do and has made our processes more efficient. It's fairly user-friendly for those who are worried about an overly complex ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XoroERP?

XoroERP has enabled us to track financial information and sales data in real time. We are abe to manage our inventory efficiently and effectively with up to date visibility on our inventory levels by location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XoroERP?

Sometimes it takes a little longer to get a response on a ticket but I understand that Xoro is launching an AI Bot which should help to improve resolutions to tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XoroERP?

Generally it is a simple system to use and configure, and great if you have a single entity, based in the US or Canada, with a small number of customers, vendors and items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XoroERP?

As of February 2024 this system was not quite ready or capable to handle certain requirements for use outside of the US or Canada, and the support is slow & doesn't quite understand the requirements. If you have mutliple entities, many SKU's and use anything other than the US Date format, the system is clunky and many features do not work effectively. Many of the configured reports are almost useless and do not give you accurate information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XoroERP?

Hey there, just wanted to give a shoutout to Xorosoft ERP for being an absolute game-changer when it comes to integrating with Shopify and Amazon. It's like they've got a direct line to these platforms, making our online sales and inventory management a breeze. We've seen a significant improvement in controlling our stock levels and meeting customer demand, all thanks to the seamless integration with Shopify and Amazon. Plus, the cherry on top is the smooth payout integrations, making our financial processes a walk in the park. The best part? Xorosoft's customer service has been nothing short of amazing—friendly, responsive, and always there to help us out.

Accounting Integration, which includes Shipping, Billing, and Inventory management. Enhanced accounting processes with AP, AR and Financial Analysis. What do you like best about XoroERP?

Interface. I really like the transaction (journal entry) view that is found in near all of the model within the ERP. I like the connections Xoro allows such as linking the ERP directly to sales channels such as Shopify or Amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
