I did not dislike anything. However, I would have liked a bit more on how to get reviews. How does that work? I would have liked the Xola platform to send an email to the guests within 24 hours following the event/experience prompting them to leave a review/pictures. I do not think such an essential component of what fuels bookings (the reviews) should be left to me ( I do not have the technical skills to do it). I did get instructions from the support centre; however, I am unsure if I implemented the instructions correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a lot of the options we need for our water park. It's easy to set up and when there is a challenge or question, support is right there every step of the way and they always find a great solution. Besides the ease on the back end, for the customer it's super easy for them to book packages and xola makes it easy for us to offer them upgrades and up-sells. It's absolutely worth the investment. Xola's customer support team is great. We have a complex business with a lot opportunities for error, but Xola's support team is always available to help troubleshoot. Plus, they're easy and enjoyable to talk to and don't get mad at me (or at least don't show their frustration) when I ask questions that I could find my own answers to if I just looked at Xola University :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost, I will say that Xola is certainly the best (for us) of all of the booking programs we've tried, and they have made big developments since we first started working with them circa 2017. However, there are still a lot of areas I feel miss really basic functionality (though I assume the backend reality is far more complicated). For instance, things like add-ons and schedules aren't available to duplicate across activity listings. Also the UX feels really antiquated and busy- you sometimes have to really dig to find where something "lives". (Can you see why I am such a fan of their customer support team? I work with them A LOT!) I could go on and on about the little things that frustrate me, but even with all of that, it has worked well enough and is still the best we've used. We are an escape room and have been using Xola for almost 2 years. They are phenomenal to work with. The chat service when you have issues or questions is top notch and always available. We saw a huge increase in traffic and revenue upon switching. The fact that they automatically reach out to customers that have a room booking in a cart and haven't pulled the trigger yet has been amazing. There are some features and necessary components that are vital to us being able to efficiently and productively accomplish our goals. These are still missing after repeated promises that they would be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Xola makes it easy to make all kinds of adjustments to our trips. We are always adding trips, and changing trips, and Xola makes that easy. The color schemes on each trip make it quite obvious which days are busy and which days are open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
