Overall was a decent service while we were using them but don't get to locked in or its extremely tough to get out.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

The user interface for our customers is amazing! Bookings have doubled since we moved to TRYTN and we didn't change a thing about our products.  The process is just seamless and friction free.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

Not all of the setups in the back end are intuitive, it takes a bit of training. But it's not hard and totally worth the effort to be able to utilize all of the capabilities.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously it was too complicated for customers to navigate our old system.  Too many clicks required.  The ability to assign an "asset" and have multiple tastings scheduled at once is priceless!

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

Trytn is an awesome booking site. It's very easy to use and very detailed so you can customize for your specific business needs. There are tutorials for everything and they are very responsive to questions from the technically challenged like myself.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

They send frequent emails to check in and make sure everything is going well. I just feel bad that I can't always respond.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can book online anytime in the event we are not available to answer the phone. I can also use Trytn to book directly anyone I am speaking with on the phone to save the customer time.

Trytn built and managed my website. I love the look of my site, its features, and mobile friendliness. When I have questions or concerns, I feel they are timely  and helpful.

There has not been any downside to using Trytn. I am a satisfied client.

Trytn is working with me to increase my business through SEO. As this is my first major season, post Covid, the results are yet to come in.

the communication and collaboration for switching booking platforms and building the new website was great.
everyone is professional and patient.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

Nothing, they always respond in a timely manner, listen to my requests and provide answers and solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:**

Do your homework and then have some lengthy conversations with your account rep.
Make sure they fully understand the message you are trying to send, and the customer you are trying to reach.
Don't be afraid to tell them  you are not happy with changes or additions they have made in your account, they will either explain why they think their steps are valid and why, or they will change things to you liking.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the platform they use for the website gives our business more exposure and great placement on GOOGLE searches.
the fees are very competitive and even in this time of COVID our business seems to be doing as good if not a little better than others in our industry.

Very prompt and friendly support from Trytn; I really like the short video support via Vinyard as you can go back over them until you get it.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

I can't fault Trytn, the live video training session was great but it's difficult to take it all in so the short videos from support really help with individual queries.

I'm new to the software so still finding out; it seems very flexible to meet my needs.

To make my booking system more streamlined, as a tour operator I'm on the road so I need an efficient system I can rely on.

I like it's user friendly platform. So far, I've been able to do most things with little to no help. If you don't like to do the things on your own this isn't for you.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

While it is user friendly sometimes it's easier for the customer support or IT support to do the task done instead of sending a link on instructions. Especially, when it's a new client. I'd appreciate an extensive onboarding training session. Also, finding a way to simply add the code to the website without using the TRYTN button to keep the branding of the website.

Being able to add something quickly on my own is great!

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

We came to Trytn after being disappointed by a different booking provider.  Trytn's dashboard is very user-friendly, and we have all the controls available to us which fit our needs.  The forward-facing customer web experience is very nice with Trytn and is very easy to integrate with our current WordPress website.  Most of all though, was our Trytn representative Darcy Gassel.  She was fantastic to work with and sold us on the platform.  Her service to us was outstanding.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

As of right now, I do not dislike anything about Trytn.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems we are solving with Trytn is chargebacks.  We are in total control of disputing them instead of relying on someone else.  The customer web experience is much nicer and user-friendly, which has lead to more bookings for us.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

Trytn support is incredible and the program is so easy to use.  We are currently booking hundreds of reservations for tables, tastings, and tours using Trytn with ease.  Darcy offers absolutely the best customer support we have ever experienced.  A previous Fareharbor and Tock user, the Trytn platform is superior in almost every way imaginable.  Ease of use, setup, and cloning make adaptation easy.  Response to improvements or modifications is incredible.  We had a request for the customer to be notified in an email which table they were being assigned to and Trytn addresses the issue within a few weeks.  From an operations point, our staff is thrilled with the way Trytn works when compared to Fareharbor and the pricing is also better.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

Nothing.  As a booking/reservation system, Trytn is the best we have used to date and we explored about 10 options before picking Trytn.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During COVID we were running a 100 table outside the dining area with 500 people visiting a day.  Trytn was able to assist us with having people make reservations in advance, and getting their tables automatically assigned in the order and size selected.   All automatic and all we were left to do was execute the agenda.  Now using them for tours and tastings as well.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

TRYTN is really great when you need flexibility in a booking platform. We've tried others before that didn't allow us to set up new products on our own or required outside assistance when making very basic changes. Thankfully TRYTN lets us do everything we need to do, from collecting important booking information with custom questions to creating unlisted offerings for private events. Their support team is always extremely helpful when we do need help, too!

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

Currently we'd like to see some more options for promo/discount codes (like setting a limit on the number of uses per customer), but this is a very minor thing that I expect they'll add in the future regardless as they frequently put out new updates and improvements.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have started to conduct many events virtually, which has made it necessary for us to collect shipping information for each participant instead of just the person who made the booking. TRYTN's custom questions have made it extremely simple for us to do this, and the process is very straightforward on the front end as well, which creates a more seamless experience for our customers. We also had never considered including add-on products to our event offerings when using other booking platforms in the past, but TRYTN's ability to do this has given us many new ideas!

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

The best aspects of Trytn are the easy to use interface for myself as business owner and my customers. It is so easy and clear to use I managed to set up all my tours super quickly. Also the customer service is quick and really useful.

I honestly cannot think of any dislikes. My experience so far as been great. Great product and excellent, fast customer service who always have a solution.

I needed a platform which acceped deposit options for customers and Trytn offers just that. Te benefit to this is customers do not have to pay for the full tour up front.

Trytn has some of the best customer service. No matter the questions, someone helps every step of the way to make sure the situation is handled. The integration between Smartwaiver and Viator was very easy to do as well!

The only thing is Trytn doesn't have an app, but I was told that it is coming soon! It is still very easy to login on any mobile device on the website!

We are able to maximize our bookings by offering customized tours and tour times that will automatically integrate into our schedule.

Customer service is great. The people are very responsive and helpful when it comes to setting up and running the business. The representatives are responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful. The quick turnaround time with payments to deposits is also very helpful to us.

We really had no dislikes. We found that working with them was easy, efficient, and productive. There is not really anything that I dislike about working with TRYTN.

I would take the time to speak with one of the associates and have them walk you through how the process works and all of the features and benefits. We took the time to have several calls and found the representative helpful and very informative. They were instrumental in helping with the transition from our previous provider and did a very good job for us.

Our main problem was with payout time from the time a payment was made to our company and the funds were deposited into our account. They solved this problem completely and made payout time much shorter.

The ease of use compared to Fare Habor was hands down the selling point.  I see no need to ever call support with the simplistic setup of this.

NOTHING so far!  I've even received  more bookings in 10 days since go live than I did in the past month due to the simplistic look for guests to book.

**Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:**

DO IT!  You'll never go back to Fare Harbor after using this!

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was an arduous task to add or modify items with Fare Harbor and resulted in me calling support as their software allowed for many variations and flexibility but over the years made it VERY DIFFICULT to manage.  I'm in IT and if I have to call support, then there is a problem!  With Trytn, it was self-explanatory and I set it up in a day without assistance.  THAT is the way it should be!

Excellent support! TRYTN gives you the tools to easily customize your business and at the same time make it easy for clients to register/navigate.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

The 5% booking fees should potentially be restructured. For my clients that have siblings and sign up for weekly packages, booking fees are expensive! For big sign ups, booking fees should cap at a certain affordable amount. That would help save work on my end when clients sign up directly through me because they want to save money on booking fees. 

With any new software registration system, it takes time to learn. The TRYTN team makes it easy to learn but it takes time. My business offers different programs based on ocean tides. This makes more administrative work on my end when our schedule changes each week and sometimes mid week. But overall, it works and I can explain to my customers that times change with the tides in spaces TRYTN provides.

Its definitely worth the consideration. Give yourself some time. See if it fits with your company's needs.

TRYTN enables clients to choose specific days for a package with good flexibility. It has only been a couple months so far but the benefits should be realized once the season hits.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

We have tried & tested TRYTN, and it has met our expectations in every way. It is quite surprising how TRYTN has made the complex model of online reservations into something user-friendly and straightforward. We have been using the system for more than a year, and the back/front end has always worked seamlessly. The massive data is so easily manageable as it allows 

The Stripe payment integration is another convenience which is making life easier. TRYTN's customer support has always been super supportive and saved us countless hours of hassle. The knowledge & experience of the technical staff is quite impressive. We have received optimum solutions to our problems in no time.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

It will be difficult to point out significant flaws in the system because they have been improved or do not exist anymore. We have always reported flaws &, in return, received a much-improved user interface. TRYTN closely works on the user-feedback and make the necessary tweak to make user-experience robust and painless.

We recommend TRYTN for anyone who is looking for a fast, reliable, and user-friendly booking platform. For seasoned or beginners in business, TRYTN is a perfect solution for keeping a massive amount of data & bookings in order. It allows us to monitor & analyze the performance carefully, especially for the "number crunchers" who like to keep a close look at growth and progress.

We at Around Aruba Tours are trying to give our guests the best time on Aruba Island, better known as the One Happy Island. TRYTN is indirectly helping us to create a happy user experience for our fellow travelers when it comes to bookings & reservations. From reservations, amendments to cancellations, everything is super dynamic in the Travel business. Every day, due to countless factors, the fluctuations in our business are unpredictable. We were looking for a booking platform that could adapt to the unpredictability of the traveling business. We are lucky to have found TRYTN as a perfect booking platform.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

I was very impressed by the ease of setup.  I was able to get up and running in under an hour when I set up our first online booking form.  The system is intuitive on the back end and intuitive on the front facing customer side.  Payment integration with Stripe is smooth and painless.  The system also offers robust reporting features.

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

I don't have many dislikes about Trytn.  The few annoyances I've encountered haven't been deal breakers, and the team is receptive to feedback.  

**Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:**

I can't say enough good things about the work they are doing with Trytn.  If you're looking for an easy way to book things at your business - Trytn is the way to go!

We initially integrated Trytn to handle birthday party reservations.  The benefits were immediate.  Guests could book a party for a specific date/time and know that the choice they made was available.  We dramatically reduced staff time spent following up on birthday party booking inquiries.  We've now expanded our integration with Trytn to handle guided tours, education classes, online membership sales.

It's the only company I know that does exactly as they promised without an awful lengthy sails pitch. I've worked in SEO for several years myself and can confirm that they know the techniques needed to gain results.

I had to pay, but it's fair. Nothing else to say

Any issues that I brought up such as transfering the domain, wanting my own colour for the booking system for a seem less user experience. They were all just taken care of when I provided the correct information. Problems will be taken care of in a professional way even if I've asked 2 or 3 times as I've been too busy with other things.

Setting ticket sale is pretty straight forward with TRYTN. The customer support is great and responses to any question promptly. It is very flexible on setting multiple times and diffident tiers of tickets with different prices.  

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

The first time setting up the online ticketing system may take a little more time but once the profile is complete the next events can be set in only a few minutes.

Online ticketing for cruise parties in Chicago. TRYTN made it much simpler for multiple date setup.

With this software is is easy to keep your clients updated on your new deals. Clients can access your website make requests and through that arrange for reservations. 

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

There no downsides of using this software so far as long as am concerned, everything works perfectly just as described by the owners.

I have tried this software in our organization and many are the time clients have come thanking is for quickly making reservations for them in short notices and there i proudly recommend this software.

The above application let clients book tours and we can make reservations for them. It is easier to manage how the hole process will go.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

DARCY is the GOAT. We work with her all the time. When we have questions she is quick to provide articulate answers. We are so thankful to work with her. The software works great. We have been able to make changes that really have helped expedite processes.

With any new application there are growing pains. We had to spend the first few weeks learning how the application works. 

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trytn has reached out to us about adding some features that we had not even thought about. Darcy let us know that we should add email notifications to help our guest fill out their smartwaivers. Trytn has helped us build our SEO. We are very happy to made the switch from XOLA

So far I have been able to set up my products with every requirement that I had. The system is user friendly for our customers and also for the administrator.

At the begining it was hard to get all information there, but after the initial burden, everything was solved nicely and professional. So far the system supports our company needs.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

I used to have a web page that was complicated to use and with few traffic, really didn't meant a portal for a volume of sales we needed. TRYTN with low costs that didn't hit our budget , developed the page and created with our main idea of what we really wanted to let our clients know about our company and services we wanted to provide.  They also help us when changes has to be done. We have been working with the team  for more than 3 years and really great full with his Director: Reza.

There is nothing to dislike at this point on our relation with TRYTN.

They are very good on what they are doing. They have affordable quotation for develop the web sites and for changes on that.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

We were very concerned about the online booking process being easy for our clients and have found the system to be very reliable and user friendly for our clients. We used to spend a lot of time handling reservations over the phone and through email and now our clients can conveniently book their reservations online at their convenience.  TRYTN resigned our website which is optimized and includes all details for our clients to review in order to easily book online. This process saves us time and money. Our new optimized website has increased our reservations and SEO.  It's a big step to put your company in another companies hands and TRYTN provides us with excellent customer service. We also appreciate that TRTYN has a very knowledgeable technical team and offers other services such as Google Adwords assistance and blogging services which we are working with them. We know we are in good hands with TRYTN.

We have not found anything yet that we do not like about TRYTN's online booking system.  Our clients can easily make their reservations whenever it is convenient for them.

Website and bookings platform each being handled by TRYTN.  Before TRYTN I had to connect booking platform personnel with my web site host manager to solve a variety of technical issues.  No worries about that any longer.

No complaints.  My only frustration has nothing to do with TRYTN.  I couldn't figure out how to do a "screen shot" with my mac.  That's been solved.

Service has been excellent.  My inquires have been responded to, in most instances within an hour, or same day.

We use to have a web page, now we have an optimized fast web page, they host and redesign our web pages so fast!  we have been working with Trytn for 2 months and we have no complaints, great team and they will help you in anyway they can, we are very exited to see the results that are already starting to show, they are professional and reliable.

System works, support staff is always there to help and sales have definitely increased. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, find partnerships and make the user's experience easier. They keep relations with partners in a personal level and you can speak with management staff to solve any major problem you may encounter.

Sometimes is confusing to make some changes. Page layout could be more visually attractive.

This is a hassle free product. You may try it for a while and see if it works for you. It did for us.

Can't honestly think of anything I've disliked having used this booking system for years.

If you want to sell tours while you are at home enjoying your evenings, weekends, then I highly suggest this. It has given me by life back. I no longer live by having my work phone & emails forwarded to my cell phone, to be able to try to book guests for tours 24/7.

**What do you like best about TRYTN?**

Their business model. Rather than have to pay fixed exorbitant subscription fees for an online booking system, especially when we have high and low seasons, TRYTN simply charges the customer a convenience fee to process the reservation. We don't have to do a thing. Modifications to our existing website super easy to add a "Book Now" link or however we wanted to direct the customer to the reservations system, and boom, we have online booking!

**What do you dislike about TRYTN?**

Ideally we'd like to see integration with Google calendar or possibly a POS system like Clover, but knowing the TRYTN team I'm sure there's already something in the works!

**Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:**

You'll never work with a more responsive and helpful product team. Get in touch with them and give it a try. They have personal experience with the industry from both sides of the equations which can't often be said of solution providers.

**What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online booking. We are a small company so answering emails and phone calls with regards to reservations cannot always happen in real time. TRYTN allows our customers who are likely already booking flights, lodging, etc. via the web to do the same with our scuba diving tours with just a click of a button whenever they like!

Currently it offers all the major standard capabilities clients are looking for, but market has gotten competitive, and creativity is needed to win market share.  More capabilities that can help increase revenue is needed for them to take the next step.
