I appreciate how detailed you can get when creating listings. From how the customers interact with the booking experience to the specific settings you can set surrounding more complex settings (i.e., split payment option, waitlist, listing customizations, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor adjustments from a user perspective that I think would improve the app a lot. For example, I would appreciate the ability to look at purchases in their order of when they were purchased as it seems sort of random. I would also appreciate the ability to type the number of guests instead of having to click the increase/decrease button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anytime I need help they have a live chat support that answers my questions within minutes! I never have to wait long and usually receive immediate assistance. Easy to change listings too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it to automatically notify the assigned guide when a game is booked. That would help a lot with on-call shifts. Also would like to have a "Call to Book" listing that I don't have to assign a time to for it to be shown at the top of the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good experience, great relationship with them and they are responsive to our needs and support. product is good but would like to see some basic feature improvements that make our lives and employees' lives easier vs more workaround. Overall I would highly recommend the product, especially knowing a revamped and improved version is on the horizon. Plus fairharbor is just annoying so out of principle, we will not work with them.
Ease of use, we have been using this for some time now and have a great understanding of how to use the tool and get a lot of value from it. It has some great integrations, great text, email reminders for our guests and xola has invested in a lot of great improvements over the past 2 years that made our business better. Lack of POS integration, our business is moving to sell more onsite with our guests, pre gratuity is huge in our space and XOLA lacks features for pre gratuity except to do an ADD on which auto charges taxes and the booking fee on gratuity. reporting is still lacking, and dashboards, for performance, are also lacking. Xola is more than an online reservation system. It can track payments, create reports so you can see what trips sell better, which affiliate channels (Expedia, and other hotel concierges or that bartender that sends you all that business!) are better, helps reconcile month end billing, sends out reminders and after the event thank yous, prints out the daily manifests at the press of button, constantly improving the product...all that but the cherry on the top is their customer service. When I get calls from their competitors and they try to explain to me why I should settle for less service and pay more by asking me to switch to something else (FareHarbor, PeekPro). Very annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although we dont pay for it, the customers do, and we have been asked by customers why they have to pay for our registration (operating) costs. Perhaps a cheaper cost to customers would alleviate this opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The on demand, 24/7 live customer service chat is INCREDIBLE. Every problem is solved very quickly. In addition, we have a very complex business to book for - Xola was the only one who utilized equipment the way we needed to book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot recommend it enough. Out of the many software services we use as a business, Xola is the one we are most impressed by, is useful for us to collect and manage all bookings from a single platform with really low commision rates. So far we enjoy it a lot. It is great to manage all our events at one place and accept bookings from all online distribution channels that we are present Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Smartwaiver is an outdated unreliable software that we are forced to use. Anyone who took a little time would out them out of business. App on Android can be a bit buggy and frustrating - not a deal breaker. I did not dislike anything. However, I would have liked a bit more on how to get reviews. How does that work? I would have liked the Xola platform to send an email to the guests within 24 hours following the event/experience prompting them to leave a review/pictures. I do not think such an essential component of what fuels bookings (the reviews) should be left to me ( I do not have the technical skills to do it).
