I got this app with the main goal to open Microsoft files, like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

It has smooth user interface including lots of features, for example remove encryption, create a copy, export a single page out of , arrange pages of PDF file, crop and rotate pages etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support of Microsoft word document file is minimal fonts and formattings get distorted while opening Microsoft Word files, Same goes with Microsoft Excel files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the pen-based PDF annotation provided by the Xodo app on my Microsoft Surface device. It allows me to annotate journal articles, PDF versions of assignments I write to make keys, and the ability to take notes on meeting agendas during meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to use multiple colors, especially when writing keys for assignments. The menu for changing the pen settings is difficult to find (too many clicks), and the number of presets for the pen is more limited than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of premium features for annotating a pdf file are free on Xodo. I can play with a lot more creative options than just highlighting my text or adding text. There are options to use wriggly underlines, strikethrough, different highlighter tool preferences. The lasso tool helps me take control of all my edits and selectively modify any section of the page without having to affect the entire annotations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a problem with the buttons. I cannot annotate in reading mode, which in itself is very troubling. Even if it does not support annotations in this mode, whenever I try to change the type from 'view' to 'annotate', the reading mode does note turn off on its own. Xodo is a perfect tool for those who are looking for a pdf reader and a pdf editor at the same time. The tools for editting text and auto correction integration is awesome and it allows me to highlight , use underline or resize the text that I want also It is a excellent software for books and material annotation specially when it comes to teaching online .And last not neat it's a freeware which available on Windows store for PC . When I can't deny that it still not that smooth and it's a bit buggy and it crashes time to time but I m fully accustomed to this however the developers are doing a great job improving the software . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
