What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin has a wide range of available tests, a nice modern UI, and allows you to add custom questions of your own. Also, provide the best customer support to solve each and every business problem at the earliest and help to make efficient use the tha platform. Xobin skill assessment with detailed report helped us screening the best candidates in lateral hiring process. Xobin provided us with the best support while creating test and seamlessly conducting the assessment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

They don't have a functionality of live advance proctoring. Also while coding test, they don't provide automatic indentation in python compiler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for hiring process"

What do you like best about Xobin?

We use this tool for hiring SAP developers for multiple modules like ABAP, MM, HANA, PP etc. Xobin customer support sarthak helped us creating test for these requirement which helped us screening 100s of candidates and save our time.

Nice user experience and interface, quality of assessments, seamless test experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

We couldn't find conding challenges for other skills like SAP, AWS etc. Simple plane MCQ test cannot be helpful everytime. very easy to cheat in mcq test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin Psychometric tests are made very carefully with multiple traits that are fair and accurate following strict rules and company culture when making these tests. We used number of featured traits like ethics, hard working, fire in the belly, strategic think to conduct assessment for internal team. Ther ease of creating assessment and customer support is excellent.

Xobin evaluate these tests in different ways to make sure they are good. look at the content, how well it predicts success, and if it measures what it's supposed to and make sure the tests are not unfair to anyone, no matter their gender, language, or where they are from.
