We used xobin in our organization while hiring for cloud roles. Comprehensive question library for devops, security, devsecops, aws, docker, kuberenetes, microservices etc.

"Support & Fix at super sonic speed - question bank can be improved"

What do you like best about Xobin?

Customer support team is quite good. Had faced one issue (practically speaking bug) but it was fixed with +/- 30 mins. Amazed to see this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

Question bank is bit outdated for few categories such as windows server, SQL, IT. Talks about 2008 or 2012 features

"Xobin: User friendly platform mass hiring"

What do you like best about Xobin?

I liked following things about Xobin:

1. Ability to seamless conduct assessment for up to thousands of candidates simultaneously.

2. Glitch free platform, and amazing candidate test taking experience result in 95% completion rate

3. Quality and quantity of questions for all skill sets. We randomized a pool of questions from thousand number of questions so each candidate was getting a different paper.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin is an amazing platform for conducting onlines test for any technical screening and skill assessment. They got some really nice customer support, who help you make the best use of it, right from creating relevant test, conducting test simultaneously for hundreds of candidates, getting detailed reports which help us in finding the top candidates for interview. What do you like best about Xobin?

I love their wide variety of content library that helps me to create tests for any job role that my company requires. Features are easy to use. On-time customer support that helps me to resolve any minor issues. Content in the platform is very good to assess and select the best candidate from huge pool. No proper ATS as such. I mostly use LinkedIn and Naukri apart from college hiring and Xobin don't have any integration with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xobin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps me to select the right candidate from a mass pool of candidates in college hiring as well as online hiring. Efficient assessment features saves a lot of time and makes my work easy. What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin has helped us in hiring leaders for experienced level job roles like manager, lead, director, CXO. We used their psychometric test and difficulty level assessment with Video and AI-evaluation for make a right decision. Their psychometris traits, communication checker and insightful reports made our job easier.
