What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin is one stop solution for our campus hiring requirement. Xobin is useful in following ways -

1. we get the interested candidate application using their tool xoform with all the required data.

2. Xoform allows filteration and sorting to find the best suitable candidates using their resume parsing and other AI features

3. Shortlisted candidates invited to aptitude+coding test in one click.

4. data-driven test reports for all the candidates in one page and downloadable to excel sheet.

5. again filtering and shortlisting features to screen candidates based on coding score etc.

What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin is very user friendly. Have a good database of questions and answers of different IT technologies and other domains. We can easily create question papers and evaluations are also done within 1 min after completion of exam. AI evaluation is of great use. They provide good customer support, provides timely resolution of any obstacles. We are frequently using the platform for evaluating performance of our candidates. What do you dislike about Xobin?

It will be great if we get any monthly notification when our AI evaluates are 90% consumed. It will be better if you implement negative marking for every questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xobin?

The question navigation bar is at stop instead of that if it is in the right or left corner it will be more easy to access that. Because every time we scroll the question bar gets hide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xobin solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is providing me a platform to give the companies test remotely with full assurance to the company about any unethical activity can not be happen and if happended it will be deteched by Xobin. What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin has helped us conducting campus drive for a large scale of candidates across multiple colleges seamlessly and efficiently. They have provided us with an assessment mix of aptitude, coding, psychometris, Video questions and free text questions evaluated with AI. This helped us in screening better candidates and save a lot of our receruiter';s and interviewer's time. "Best platform for Skill Assessments"

What do you like best about Xobin?

Their technical skills library is very good. .NET, SQL and C# skill tests were very useful. Also, C# coding tests were useful to pick the best candidate. Apart from this, their customer support service is excelllent. They give support even in weekends and holidays. Easy to use all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xobin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent use in filtering huge pool of candidates and create a cluster of best candidates with just 1 skill test and 1 aptitude test. Skill assessments saves lot of time in screening huge pool of candidates. Coding Assessments with feature like playback is very useful in understanding how the candidate arrived to the answer and how skilled they really are. Good question library and easy to use features. "We build our backend assessment engine using Xobin APIs and Webhooks"

What do you like best about Xobin?

We used Xobin API and Webhooks for directly sending an assessment invite to candidates who qualify the first round from our own platform. After candidates finishing the assessment, I am automatically receiving the test result using their webhook on my website in JSON Payload format. This is making our job easy and simpler, number of features helped us in using all their other APIs for getting live test takers count etc. They also provide us with top class customer support which help us in adopting product and increase our ROI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

Not much. We would love it more to have it integrated with our HCM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xobin?

Xobin offers a lot of questions for assessment. Primarily around technical software topics. Their base may be lacking in terms of newer bleeding edge topics. There is a team that offers to research & create new assessments. They are also supposed to refresh the questions periodically.

Unless, you have fresh questions prepared or a team to handle this, getting started with a topic & assessment is simple.

Pricing makes sense for a steady pipeline of candidates.

Sales & support are engaging & prompt once a relationship is built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

Finer details that could help the UX like multi-selecting items on screens, mixing assessments, managing candidates, the video analysis create some friction while using.

The pricing may not make sense for those who don't require a steady flow of candidates. Since plans include 1000s of assessments & are priced accordingly, this does not make sense for on-and-off assessments. A usage based option or add-ons would be good to have.
