The absolute best thing about Wyng is their customer support. Any issue or snag me or my team has run into, the Wyng support team has gotten back to us in record time and gotten it fixed without additional stress. It's also been fairly easy to onboard and use compared to similar platforms, which has helped my team tremedously with new hires and role transitions.
