Wudpecker is super simple to use, and is the solution we didn't know we needed before we started using it. Now it's integral to our business, I can't imagine doing my job without it.

It automatically joins my calls, sits in the background and allows me to be fully present in sales meetings.

It's also a big time saver, with the AI generated summary, transcript and playback helping me craft my notes and share them with the rest of my team afterwards. It can even do it directly to Hubspot.

Wudpecker's perfect for coaching and feedback sessions, as the recordings are easily shared and everyone can watch and understand how a call proceeded. The trascriptions aren't always perfect, but they're close enough, especially in english. I'd give it an 80-90% accuracy rating, and it's simple to listen back to a particluar passage if you're not sure exactly what was said from the script alone.

My Finnish speaking colleagues say it's a little less accurate again there in their language.

Before Wudpecker I as a sales leader had very limited visibility into the sales conversations we were having if I didn't participate in the meetings myself. But participating in every sales meeting takes way too much time. And the notes in CRM were sometimes very brief and it was almost impossible to coach sales reps on the cases.

When we started using Wudpecker this changed and I got clear visibility into all of the sales meetings we're having. It's great to review calls and see what was actually discussed and identify coaching opportunities (i.e. "why did you ask that? Do you think you could have done this differently, if yes then how?"). It's also a key part of monitoring the quality of the conversations we're having, and keeping an eye on the customer experience as a whole.

Wudpecker just does the job. It's easy to find recordings. Their feature that generates your meeting notes automatically is quite impressive. It's an early-stage product so it's natural that the functionality isn't very broad. I feel like the quality of recordings could be better as it records those through a thrid-party bot that joins your meetings.
