I love how easy it is to use the software. WordPress maintenance is extremely easy to implement and manage, while it offers you the ability to white label the plugins and even the entire WordPress system. There's not a whole lot to complain about yet as we have only been using the software for a short while, but there are some documentation breaks. There should be a more detailed explanation within the white labeling pages to explain how the process works. If I had to nit pick, I'd suggest that their hosting solution take into considering some best-practices related to performance (pipe versus TCP-IP connections between PHP and database).
