I love how economical the prices are. They're comparable or less than the bigger competitors. On top of that, you get amazing 24/7 customer support (probably one of the best features) and a slew of other free add-ons like up to 10 free email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't speak for other companies, but I can say that with WPMUDEV, you get a tremendous amount of support for a very reasonable price. This is especially true when you consider the intangible benefits they bring to the table. If a problem arises, whether it's at 2 am or 2 pm on a Tuesday, you're likely to get an answer within minutes! Their response time is truly stunning. That kind of immediate attention to any issue or question is worth its weight in gold.
There's also the fact that their support staff is comprised of people who actually care about your success and are committed to helping you achieve it. It's not uncommon for them to provide additional resources like articles, videos, and additional information to help you troubleshoot your problem so that you have a more complete understanding of what happened and why—all without charging you anything extra for their time or effort.
The responsiveness, reliability and friendliness of their support team are all things I value immensely as well because of how often we need them; it's nice to know my questions will be answered quickly and competently. The hub is great for keeping track of all the WordPress sites you manage. I've used it for just a few sites up to about a hundred sites. I find the plugins to be more and more valuable with every update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
