I like the fact that you are available to help and you have a nice app for Defender Pro. However you are not customizing the Defender Pro app to allow us to place our own name and branding on it -- this is extremely restrictive and I can't imagine how you can grow with any company without this feature. The only thing I wish I had right now is the ability to bill clients in multiple currencies, but this is already in the works so is barely a "dislike". The email account storage also sounds small compared to some hosts but I am yet to reach any limits for my purposes, and they already recommend other email hosts for larger use of emails.
