What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

Everyone I have interacted with at WPMU DEV has been extremely responsive to questions and requests, whether pre-sales or support. I always feel like they have my best interests at heart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

I would like to be able to pick up the phone to someone in an emergency, although their online support is the best I've experienced. The WMPU DEV hosting control panel is not as fast as I'd like it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

WMPU DEV provides fully managed compartmentalised hosting, with which I feel fully supported. I use their plugins extensively, and it gives me great confidence to know that I have access to their support whenever I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

WPMU staff has been very helpful in solving issues and they are very knowledgeable. It has been a great relief and their products and staff have been lifesavers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

There has been one issue that they are working on with forms that I wish were working but I'm able to get my forms up without it. They provided a lot of support for the issue and got to the bottom of it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WPMU DEV:

Their products and services are a great value and I feel I can trust them. I'm starting a business and everywhere I turn I'm paying for this or that or being oversold. What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are currently helping with my forms and quizzes, backups, and support. I'm considering hosting and I do have other plugins from them and I'm happy that they have a quiet of products that they offer support to and are reasonably priced. Her patience and kindness throughout a difficult situation was key. I was locked out of my site and she guided me through getting back in. This was extremely important since I am under a deadline. Loved working with her!

The hosting is exceptional - I've truthfully had no issues at all. But the real star here is their live chat support, available 24/7 and ran by some of the most intelligent techies ever - who are genuinely there to help and so friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The high level of professionalism and attention I get from WPMU Dev's customer support is what I like best. This is my second time rating this awesome company for a very good reason, they've had my back during challenging times and have provided consistently good products and services throughout the years. What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

What I dislike about WPMU Dev is the fact that more of the world doesn't express this level of service elsewhere. In the indie, digital designer and developer (as well as entrepreneurial) space, they are one of the best relationships any business or industrious person can have. Their plugins are well-considered, designed and executed as well as their hosting. They are the best web hosting provider that I have yet done business with, and they have helped tremendously in my learning the deeper ends of site planning, design, hosting and management.
