I use the dashboard to manage all of my client's sites as well as ours. I love that I can easily see metrics from one screen and not exactly where to click and fix them. I don't love some of the plugins they feel bloated and cause issues with sites, particularly Hummingbird (some of us call it humming turd) and Smart Crawl. To be honest I really didn't understand the membership scheme before I made the purchase. It was one of those things where I made the purchase knowing that I could cancel after 12 months. That was a number of years ago now and when I discovered what awesome products they had to cover the majority of my requirements I was amazed. You get hosting credits if you need them ( my sites are just too large, but I would move if I could ) and I would pay all the money just for the brilliant support I've had. They have a nice interface with great tools to help manage my sites. I appreciate the security and optimization plugins that come with the hosting plans.
