I'll be honest i've rarely signed up for any premium plugins i've always been on the hunt for something that's a central place for everything. WPMUDEV are the guys/gals for this :P. I've been with them for almost 16+ months and they have been my bread and butter. I do hope to expand beyond my wildest dreams and will keep these guys in my arsenal. The constant cool updates / community threads keep my engaged every step of the way and the price I've paid was a steal for what others charge! i just can't wait t o see what happens at the end of 2021 now... Completely forgot to give you guys a well deserved review.

To be quite honest i could keep on going and going with positive feedback, alongside all the times you've listed and improved on whatever feedback i have suggested.

I would say my only current dislike is the fact that the roadmaps are not friendly for us. We have to wait countless months to get any insight into whats happening some features get removed and we as a community don't get updated. For example, Beehive had a woocommerce analytics function coming to have reporting in a more nicer way, this was under development for over 12 months and then magically dissappeared. I am predominantly a front-end website designer and therefore struggle with some of the more technical and nuanced issues that can arise. Therefore, I do lean on WPMU Dev to help resolve some of the problems I encounter. They are always incredibly helpful, respond very quickly and will keep working at the issue until we reach a resolution. They explain things in a simple and easy-to-understand manner without expecting me to know everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In all honesty, there is very little that I dislike about WPMU Dev. They are constantly looking at ways to improve and the support service is excellent. the only thing that could be helpful is having somewhere that old chats are archived so that it's possible to access previous discussions if there is a recurring error that just needs a simple solution like it had done previously. Great hosting service. Reliable uptime. Good tools. Easy to work with and manage. Superb support when something does go awry. Our experience with previous providers was not nearly as good.
