I like the wide variety of plugins and services available that has been growing throughout the years. I've been a customer for many many years now and I'm beyond happy, especially when I need support, customer support is always fantastic and quick to help!!

I have always appreciated the extra features I've gained from the WPMU DEV plugins that come along with the hosting plans. They have helped me optimize my sites to be properly quick, set up good practices for SEO on each page, and solid security features that help prevent my sites from being hacked and spammed. Apart from that their pricing per website is incredibly competitive with other dedicated hosting platforms. And their tech support people are some of the best I've encountered. They are so patient with non-digital (but eager to learn) business managers. They are always there within 30 secs, and 99% of the time they solve my problem ON THE SPOT. WPMU is a great source for acquiring amazing plugins. Their plugins are great to grow and scale any website. WPMU is also a website hosting provider with powerful hosting options, automatic SSL certificates (which saves you time per website), great pricing, and their support team is super fast. They do not have any phone support options which if any issue occurs can become a problem for some customers. It took me a while to adjust to only chat and support ticket support options, but their support team is fast which helps to alleviate my concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything works all of the time unless I mess it up! Tech support is phenomenal and always quickly and politely figures out the issue and gets it taken care of.
