The documentation is really pushed and updated, the chat comes in support of our understanding of WPMU DEV solutions. I appreciate their responsiveness and availability. When you have a problem with a tool, it is often very frustrating to have to wait to solve a bug or a problem. By far the best part of Wpmudev is the friendly & knowledgeable support team that have always answered my questions within minutes, they have a super easy user interface that makes it easy to spin up WordPress websites (even through a template, which is by far my favorite option). The next best feature/ product is their WP plugins that have made my websites load faster, and make it easier to run analyses for improving the site. If in doubt try them out, you won't regret it! The price has gone slightly higher for hosting if you don't have a large volume of websites (luckily they offer discounts the more you have hosted with them directly), the other main issue is that they have a large roadmap and movement sometimes can be a bit slow in terms of development. I like that the offers are simple to understand, and the dashboard is easy to navigate with lots of functionality. Yet the best part of all is the support 24 hours a day without any wait time. Very little really, it's well priced and loaded with functionality and plugins that are easy to use. I would like a plugin that deals with plugin load. It think it's a common issue trying to with trying to work out which plugin is causing the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I can think of is that hummingbird or the hosting is a little inefficient. I have noticed that my sites are a bit slower but still very fast so its not slow enough to switch. For the price its definitely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
