They have 24/7 support to help you with literally any of the issues you might encounter with WordPress whether it's web design, technical, plug-ins, etc. They'll work with you to make sure that you can resolve any issue. There's also a great community that offers product ideas, improvements, suggestions, etc. and the WPMU team is very responsive and engaging in these conversations. So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like with WPMU. However, their premium plug-ins can sometimes be buggy (just like any other WordPress plug-in to be fair) but when you are using multiple plug-ins within the WPMU environment, they don't always play nicely. BUT support is always there to fix issues and there is also a great community that you can turn to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Been with them a long time, and I have always found response time pretty quick.
Love the HUB. Having one place to manage all sites is fantastic. I haven't needed it, but it's great to know that I can scale my sites if one of my clients ends up with a lot of traffic. Peace of mind there is great. I feel prepared.
The integrated tools developed over the last year or so were a great move. They really have been more useful to me than the plugins that I initially joined for.

I'm not sure if the SmartCrawl is reading elementor page structures well, and I think it affects page readability results. Honestly, though I haven't dug into that, so I may just be uninformed.
Defender firewall pummels my inbox if I have notifications on and a site login page is being hit up. Maybe a potential setting option for grouping lockouts would be helpful.
I have a domain that is a (.foundation) domain, and when I get the Automator email weekly, the domain name doesn't register as a link at the top of the link my .com or .ca website.
I would also like to have a global white lable option for hub so that I don't have to set that on each site.

The Support would have to be what I like best. It is 24 hour responsive within minutes (very few) and absolutely the best service I've found in the industry! Additionally the platform and suite of tools and plugins is top shelf as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish their dashboards had a better UI like most of the other SaaS platforms. I get the feeling they are focused on making the service functions well. But a clean, modern UI improves the experience for users like us who have to use it daily. Give us something to love when we open the dashboard in the morning.
