Thats not a hard question to answer... The product is complete and does what it needs to do... But when you need help with literally whatever; the real, human, friendly, capable, caring and effective chat support is always seconds to a couple of minutes away.... The support is some of the best in the industry. They are willing to resolve your issue even if its outside the scope of the terms. They even find documentation and code to help you. Pretty cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can think of is the conflict in the plugins they offer, like the optimization and sometimes the theme offers optimization. So it's hard to tell which settings to turn on and off. Wish the plugins they offer could scan the site to make sure that's not being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would mention is emails - would love to add IMAP email product to my hosting. At the moment only POP3 is on offer which meant I had to use another provider - when I would have preferred to keep it all at WPMU DEV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WPMU Dev is literally a one-stop shop for taking care of Wordpress websites. Amazing reasonably priced hosting and a great suite of plugins to help optimise and secure your sites. When something goes wrong the technical support is great. I never seem to have to wait long for a live chat and often it is instant. Tech support are knowledgable and haven't had an issue yet they couldn't help with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only downside to me is the overall pricing structure. If i was a bigger agency with more clients I would see more benefit but as a small agency, overall it can be a little expensive but they are always bringing out new features like the quantum plans which has helped me bring in new sites cheaper.
