WPMU DEV Pros and Cons

I started with the formulator plugin to create applications for people to fill out online. Super easy to install and very manageable. I ended up upgrading and getting the full suite of plugins after I realized I'd been slowly installing them over the years. Easy and makes my website more relevant as I learn more how to use the tools. I had to use customer support for a simple thing I didn't understand and they were super cool and didn't make me feel stupid. I'll probably use it frequently to help people find my website. Their customer support is just incredibly good! I love the main Hub that they have where you can manage everything and even install their plugins directly from their portal.

At the moment, I'm using their premium plugins.

Their platform and applications are definitely user-friendly, and if you have an issue, they will help you instantly! Also, people in support are very kind and efficient! You don't have to wait to have someone assisting you.

The only downside is that I already had a couple of conflicts with their Hummingbird caching plugin. It seems to be a good plugin (I don't know much about how to verify how good it is). At the same time, I didn't like that part. I hope that it won't happen again.

With that said, at least the customer support resolves potential issues very quickly. If you don't know that this is the plugin causing the issue (it's very hard sometimes to realize this), then with support, they will be able to help you out!

Finally, I would love to host my website with this company. Unfortunately, it seems to me that they are in the very high-end pricing. Is it worth it? MAYBE! But for the price, I'm not sure! Not only are there helpful plugins that improve your site in all round performance. Their support staffs are also helpful in doing their best to ensure that our requirements are properly met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike about WPMU Dev is the inability of their WP Defender Pro to implement Content Security Police header. Other than this there is nothing I dislike about WPMU Dev Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is amazing, I'm a web developer and recommend them to all my clients because their team is SO helpful. They help with all the "grey areas" that other hosts don't (complex techy stuff, DNS stuff, performance stuff, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their staging sites are painfully slow, I guess because they limit server resources. Not bad if you're doing occasional monthly updates, but not great if you're doing a whole redesign and working with multiple team members. I have been a website developer and digital marketing guy since the early 2000's and I really like the WPMUDev service. I've tried tons of hosting companies and I've found these guys to be the best so far. My sites are much faster than they were before when I used WPEngine, the backups always work, and I can actually talk to support on chat without having to give a PIN or any 2 factor nonsense. They provide great web tools that work seamlessly with WordPress. The tools help me save time and work extremely efficiently. I can access all these tools in one place, and they constantly improve them. The customer service is very helpful, and they are eager to work out your issues.
