I love how easy it is to configure things within Wordpress. It supports our digital marketing efforts and makes life a lot easier when it comes to compressing images and sorting WEBP issues. The support team are excellent and very knowledgeable.

WPMU's support team works hard to provide specific and helpful feedback, which means you can get the best out of the tool. Every memeber of the team at WPMU are available to support you if you have an issue. Internal communication channels also mean that information that has already been shared with one support agent is available to another, saving you time by not having to repeat your issue. There is nothing I dislike about WPMU DEV. WPMU DEV provide tools that make website management and SEO an easier task than it currently is. It saves me time and effort.

Whenever I begin work on a new website, WPMU DEV is one of the first tools I look to implement to support the building and structure of the site. WPMU DEV has an amazing customer service team. I have run into hiccups with WordPress, plugins, settings, domains, and even other hosts and WPMU DEV has fixed it for me in record time, every time. Their customer service team is always polite, always patient, and very knowledgable. I also like that most of their premium plugins come with their hosting packages and that those plugins are fantastic!

I've never seen a WordPress hosting service so highly integrated with quality plugins and every single aspect needed to run a professional website. From SSL to Email to CDN, everything is included with one click. The ease of use in managing one or many websites is simply second to no one and I've shopped around a lot. There are a handful of minor features I'd like to see streamlined. For example, DNS integration, while fast and technically one click, isn't very clear on implementation from the basic HUB menu. Once you know what you are doing, it's a breeze, but it could use better implementation. One of the few other things which is missing that I think would fit neatly in their phenomenal dashboard layout would be an "error console" widget. I believe this would eliminate a lot of confusion for first-time users in particular (but also veteran users). I have been using WPMU Dev for over six years and have never been disappointed with them. If I have any problem, I usually jump on a chat and wait no more than 2 minutes. I manage several small WordPress sites that could share a single installation, but that process isn't as straightforward as everything else. Please create a larger server and allow multiple WordPress instances on the same server.

Sometimes the onboard functions (ie security) appear easy and simple, but require advanced knowledge to use well and avoid conflicts & issues with other services (ie optimisations). However, support is helpful with this. It would be good to have more (popup) tips in the interface for this. Some things it doesn't do like an offline dev function option. The most helpful thing is WPMU DEV support. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and usually can get an agent within seconds. The support agents are very knowledgeable and often find a solution quickly. If a solution is not found quickly, they stay on the issue until one is found; this sometimes takes over an hour.
