Been three years with WPMU DEV, will reach out to their support about once every quarter, they never fail me! I recently got an issue on SSL on an ageing domain and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I still find it difficult to get used to not being able to actually speak to a human. Typing slows up the process and makes some of the complicated issues even harder to explain. However, your CSR reps are very helpful, polite and try to find the answers in a short period of time. They also respond very quickly with the chat at the bottom of the pages. Thank you. The support is very helpful. I have a competent support agent at hand 24/7 with the live chat. Plus, tickets are answered quickly. It is very helpful to see all my websites in an overview and have the WPMUDEV plugin suite administer them all: Caching, Performance, SEO, Branding, Banners, Forms and so on. WPMUDEV only understands english. The hosting price immediately gets very high if you need more than 25GB. The Hub, where I can see and administer all my websites, is slow. The plugins are helpful, but Hustle and Forminator do create too much styling css - I suppose that can become a performance issue on high usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
