I've been using WPMUDev for a long time, years infact, and I have to say they are probably the only reason I'm still running sites on wordpress. Wordpress can be an absolute PAIN sometimes. But WPMUdev is always there for me for security, caching, speed, and support for everything. They truly couldn't be any better. It's the best money I spend each month. And their hosting is great too! Geez man, their support is beyond amazing, they have always gone above and beyond for me, even outside of their required scope. I have chatted to them about the new structure they have implemented in terms of the new Agency level - I was always on that level and now I'm not, and the benefits that they have there are less than what I have at the moment, but they have the type of hosting I want. but it will cost me 5x what I am currently paying, just to have access to a service, which is great but I have to still sell to my clients. I feel like they have done their long-standing customers a little dirty. My frustration is added to that my exchange rate is almost 20 to 1 so it hits me hard! The hosting is excellent, and they are constantly creating new offers as a direct result of member feedback. The support staff is not only very knowledgeable but eager to help. They also offer premium versions of the most necessary plugins for any website. It's like having your own support team and is very valuable for web dev agencies. The Hub interface tends to look like it was created for developers by developers rather than designers. So while it is packed full of helpful information, it can be overwhelming until you get used to it. That said, they are constantly making updates based on customer feedback (just last week, there was a discussion about the upcoming IMAP UI/UX), and it is getting easier to navigate.
