Timely, proactive, patient, capable, knowledgeable and empathetic customer support team. I am not very tech-savvy and had a few challenges during the trial and migration process including with Cloudflare. Every time I contacted the support, the WPMUDev team just took it upon themselves to get things done smoothly and with my least involvement.

I am new to WPMUDEV so it may be a bit early to comment on their hosting prowess but if I were to go by my experience so far, I expect nothing but the best in class.
