There are three great things I like about WPMU Dev:

1 - Quick and knowledgeable support. I moved my site to WPMUDev almost two weeks ago. Support has been great, even going so far as to create some routines on a testing site and explain how the code works. I've never had faster response times nor such knowledgeable support staff answering questions.

2 - The blazing load times are great too. I went from seeing 0.6~0.8 second load times down to 0.2 second load times.

3 - Making staging sites to test things is so fast and easy too.

I haven't experienced any downsides using WPMU Dev. Maybe having to have staff install the certificates I make at Sectigo is a downside. Being able to install the certificates myself would be nice. But this is hardly a matter worth worrying about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been a fan since first installing Smush years ago. Anyone that brought such speed to my sights must be the host with the most to offer. And I was right. Their plugins, including the blazing-fast Smush, are all included and are all indispensable to the efficient operation of a WP site. Their UI, in spite of innumerable features, is quite simple to navigate, it's attractive and intuitive, and whenever there's an update, it's easy to adapt. But best of all is their service. There is absolutely nothing I seriously dislike about WPMU. As an illustrator, I've never been a huge fan of the superhero branding assets, but I'm always available if they're looking for an upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The live chat function with the ability to upload media to show the agent on the other end the issue one is facing so they have full reference, this helps with getting to the point real quick Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I have to give at least 20 characters in a title for them to help me when i want to log a ticket, sometimes all you want to write is "hosting" because the rest of the details can be captured in the description section of the form, don't like they don't have a Cpanel in place also but they have ensured an alternate way to work around this, for non technical people though, this can be daunting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a subscriber of WPMU dev since 2015 and I am extremely pleased with their services. Their all-in-one suite is perfect for my needs and their support is top-notch. Their support is exceptional and Imran Khan has helped me out many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint is their roadmap consistency. Sometimes they announce the roadmap with upcoming features and fixes but in the end, they might not release some of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
