I've used WPMU Dev for years, and they have only improved with time. They have transformed themselves into a true agency-friendly resource that makes it simple and easy to manage numerous WordPress sites from the ground up.

To top it off, their support has been world-class, which matters most to me. I would accept a somewhat-crappy product with stellar support over a fantastic product with shitty support any day. You will not find a hosting provider with better Tech support, period! These guys are the top of their game, and available 24 hours when things go sideways.

I have experienced 5 other UK based hosting providers and found their support lacking on every occasion. WPMUDEV provides so much more than hosting, they allow me to sleep easy at night, knowing no matter what there will always be someone watching my back. This is a service you cannot put a price on. My site recently suffered a fatal error, and Imran had me back up in 2 minutes. He did not stop there. He provided me with deyailed screen shots of the issue, and explained what had happened to help me workj out how to avoid the issue moving forward. As a 50 year old, technically challenged client, they never overwhelm me with jargon, and always deal with my queries in a professional and oftentimes very patient manner. The most helpful thing about being a WPMUDEV client is their excellent customer support. In an age where it can be tough to reach a real person for help, it is refreshing to get a hold of someone when facing an issue or question. I genuinely struggle to come up with a downside of using WPMUDEV, but the only thing I can think of is that sometimes their plugins can cause conflicts with other installed plugins.
