What do you like best about WP Engine?

The digital product agency that I started has been using WP Engine for the past 8 years and has hosted over 100 sites on their platform spread out over various client accounts. WP Engine is my all-time favorite web hosting provider that provides top-notch WordPress hosting services. Their cutting-edge technology, excellent customer support, and security features make it easy for us to manage and scale our WordPress sites.

We're particularly impressed with how easy it is to spin up testing, staging, and production sites on WP Engine, which makes it convenient for us to test and deploy new features or updates on client sites.

As an agency, we also appreciate WP Engine's partnership program, which offers exceptional resources, benefits, and marketing opportunities for agencies. What do you dislike about WP Engine?

WP Engine's focus on providing premium hosting services with cutting-edge technology, excellent customer support, and security features means that their plans are generally slightly more expensive than some of their competitors.

What do you like best about WP Engine?

WPEngine is a fantastic, reliable web host. I don't know that I can even remember a day I had any site outages. Their support is top notch, willing to help with any Wordpress related question. I once had a site transferred in that had latent malware, their team cleaned the site for me within 5 hours. Backups are incredible, tons of backend options for power users and my development teams. What do you like best about WP Engine?

WP Engine has a very easy user interface, and the support staff is quite knowledgable when it comes to issues that arise. With any problem I've ever had arise, the support has responded quickly and efficiently and found a solution each and every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Engine?

There are a couple of downsides to WP Engine hosting. It can be a bit expensive, and the limits on the amount of traffic for your website(s) are a bit ridiculous. Also, you get thrown around quite a bit with "personalized" account reps. I feel like I've had 4 or 5 different account reps contact me over the last 18 months.
