We were looking for a WhatsApp chatbot solution that can also be scaled on Facebook or on our website. We wanted a solution that can easily be integrated with our database, something that is easy for anyone to set up and manage, without a consistent dev support. The combo between WotNot's features and WhatsApp flows was the winner for us. Take this and add an extraordinary customer support, super proactive and helpful and you get a really good customer experience. Wotnot.io is a fantastic platform for creating chatbots without any coding knowledge. The interface is intuitive, and I love how customizable the templates are. I’m a Senior Content Designer consulting for some of the largest companies on the planet. I’ve been going through the AI learning curve on various projects checking out a variety of chatbot platforms. My goal was to have a few to recommend to the companies that I work at and to expand my new skills in conversation design.

So far, WotNot stands out from the pack. You can start with their BotBuilder by modifying a template and learning their platform in real-time with their test button. Unlike other platforms, you can work through a variety of user journeys and focus on the conversational design without being distracted by an overly complex platform.

When you’re ready to put the working chatbot on your website, you simply install one line of code under the body tag. From there, you can keep making updates to the content and flows of the chatbot on the WotNot dashboard, without updating the code on your website.
