What do you like best about WotNot?

The bot is really easy to set up even though it has a lot of options and integrations.

The customer team support was great, before, during and after implementation.

WotNot was just what we were looking for and it delivered!

We really needed a feature that the app didn't have but when we explained it to the sales team they got is in contact with the developers team and they were able to add this feature with no extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support and Pricing, But Bot Builder Needs Work"

What do you like best about WotNot?

The best thing about WotNot is how seamlessly the WotNot platform integrates with our tools. Their support team is also incredibly responsive and always ready to resolve any queries we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WotNot?

The bot builder tool could use some improvements, as it occasionally lags. Additionally, there is currently no option to integrate our own AI agent as a plugin, which is a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WotNot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wotnot is helping us address our customer support challenges by allowing us to route tickets through the Wotnot bot. Tickets that require agent intervention are seamlessly handed over to our system for resolution by a human agent. At present, all three of our brands are operating with the Wotnot bot, and it manages about 60% of incoming queries, while the remaining queries are handled by human agents after handover.
