WotNot Pros and Cons

The excellent user experience the bot provides on our website. Piramal Realty is a very prominent brand in India, and we wanted to have a tool that embraces our brand with an excellent customer experience. The service provided by their WotNot is top-notch. Wotnot is one of the most robust and quick-to-build chatbot builders. The webchat interface is really impressive! We generated a good number of leads and the we noticed a jump in conversions as well.

WhatsApp Business API integration is pretty neat, and can ship a whatsapp chatbot in less than 20 minutes, thanks to the intuitive flow builder.

Can't end this without speaking about 'Live Chat' and human-agent takeover - it comes really handy when talking to our customers on WhatsApp! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrations are something I felt lacking in the platform. Having native integrations with multiple platforms will make the builder's job easier. Even though, the web-hooks is okay enough to do simple integrations - but, I really hope WotNot will come up with a pool of native integrations in coming months. There are a good amount of things I like about the Product. Listing them below

- Building the bot: It is pretty easy to build a bot through the bot builder. It has a drag and drop feature which is very easy to use and build the bot within no time.

- The Dashboard gives really useful insights. Analytics is upto the mark and helps in tracking the goals and metrics.

- Scheduled Reports: It is pretty easy to schedule the report and the same will be shared via email. I do not need to log in to the tool to access my reports. Reports can be scheduled at a daily and weekly level.

- Live Insights: I get to see the live status or insights on who all are having active sessions with the bot. It also allows me to take over the conversation if I feel there is human intervention required. Easy transition from Bot to Human.

- Support Services: Support service from the team is too good. The team not only supports in case of issues, but they also help you in building bots. Team is always available to resolve any issues raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though the product is good, there are some minor things here and there that needs to be focus on and solved.

- When the flow is huge, the bot builder starts to lag a bit.

- At times, it misses out on collecting the user's contact details.

- Speech to text option is not available. I might not type everything and prefer to just speak and let the machine take care of it. Would be a good value add.

- View of the "Action Blocks" is not supported on all the channels.

- Lack of training and walkthrough material forces you to rely more on the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are templates available for everyday use cases, which reduce creation time significantly. The dashboard is minimal and displays all the relevant data at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The icons on the sidebar got disarranged when I increased the zoom percentage on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it was to set it up, the back end is straightforward, clean, and easy to navigate. The team behind the software is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is built with a certain mindset on how the robot should perform on a website. But it doesn't fit specific objectives, and it isn't easy to customize it for your particular needs. We are in the B2B space, and we wanted to utilize the bot as the first level of support for our customers. WotNot could satisfy our needs about 80%. I would recommend checking examples of websites where the bot is currently used and experience it as a customer to see if it would fit your business needs. Also, WotNot adds features to their software, so checking with them on missing features may be beneficial. They are a great team of developers and very responsive. With limited technical knowledge, I came across this tool while looking for building chatbots, and to my surprise, I started liking this platform. Below are some of the features that made my work easy and helped me build a bot on the go

1. Industry-specific templates in which I need to make minor changes

2. Supported on multiple channels (Facebook, WhatsApp & Web) & not to forget the deployment is pretty straightforward

3. Not too expensive (Of course, they provide a trial version for 14 days & I would give us the edge to analyze the performance first and then take a call)

4. Active support team that is always ready to assist

No product is 100% perfect. There are certain things that I encountered that are missing, and pretty sure the WotNot team will be working on the same. I have listed them below.

1. The bot builder gets slow or hangs if the flow is huge

2. No notification count

3. Chat restarts every time you navigate to another page or refresh the page

1.The best feature of this product is "Bot Builder" that allow us to build the bot in no time. It's as easy as building the conversation flow in the form of flowchart.

2.The other part which we liked the most is the ability of the bot to interact with the user and collect the quality leads and integrating the same with CRM to ensure that no leads are missed out.

3.The support team is good too. They understand our requirements first and depending upon the same, guide us through developing the bot that would make sure that our objective is fulfilled. They are very quick in responding and addressing queries

As such there are not many things to be disliked about the product however there are few points that I would like to Highlight

1. Integration is with CRM is little complex and may require technical assistance

2. This is available only on three channels i.e Facebook, Web and Whatsapp. Having it on Instagram will be added benefit

3. More tutorial videos related to the product can be added to assist the new user in building the bot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a technical person myself, I had no difficulty integrating this product and it has been reliable and smooth for me. However, it would be a cherry on the top to have a weekly email report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
