WotNot Pros and Cons

I like the best is the User interface which is best for the person who is a noncoder like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the 2 things i like the most about wotnot are -

1. Easy setup and integration - the system is ready within 2 hours of signing in

2. service. The after-sales service and support is incredible, 100% recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although at this point there is nothing there to complain about, that being said if the conversion rate of leads could improve - that would really change the game Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service. Adding a chatbot these days is not a big thing. Platforms usually offer a readymade template that hundreds of other companies are using. With WotNot, they focused on designing a tailor made conversation flow that was specifically for us and the audience that we cater to in our geography. They brought their industry experience and know-how and delivered a really nice conversation flow that converted a lot of visitors into sales leads.

Product. Their product is well-built and have a really nice interface to build bots. Although, we ourselves rely on WotNot to do the building / optimization, but the interface is quite simple and easy to use.

Integration. Seamlessly integrated with our CRM [Sell.do](http://sell.do) so that we can easily attribute all leads flowing in and actually converting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Lead quality is not that great. Very few % of the total are great leads.
