I had nothing negative. Hardik adjusted to very rigid security structures within the Org and once we got the Bot up and running, it has been working flawlessly for months, churning out Sales Leads & Service/Tech Support Cases and placed directly into the hands of the correct parties without human intervention. First, the onboarding was pretty easy, just put in your details, add your CI colors and logos, and your off.

Secondly, the possibilities to build bots are abundant. You have many options, but some are behind the paywall. Nonetheless, you can start without them, and when you see potential ROI, you should subscribe. In short, enough to test on a free basis and many more on a paid basis.

Third, the dashboard for messaging is very clear and very familiar. No need to get used to a new interface, it looks like a stripped-down mail client, and that's great.

The pricing from free to paid subscription is pretty steep. I would've loved a step between those to upgrade at a slower pace based on your needs. You won't need all of them when you start, but on the way, you will need more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many chatbot providers out there and most of them are good if you're willing to go for a paid account. But for a FREE account, WotNot offers the most features, and so far this platform is the easiest to customize and deploy. It's just the part where you get to customize how your chat window looks, but it's not a deal-breaker. We are using a free account, and we wouldn't mind not having the full feature of customizing the looks. We changed colors, some text, and that should be more than enough for most.
