It was easy to set up and then create a different bot for a specific page on our web site. It used to take a human to do this, but now, whala, it's automated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It wasn't entirely obvious to me how to create the second specific bot and then deploy it, but after a few minutes of super helpful support, it was very easy, just took me a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about WotNot is the variety of features and functionality it offers. Integration with Salesforce Service Cloud has enabled us to streamline our interactions with patients and improve case management efficiency. The perfect synchronization of both platforms facilitated the follow-up of patient queries and improved the overall quality of our service.
Furthermore, WotNot's artificial intelligence and machine learning have been a huge help to our healthcare system. The tool can understand natural language and provide accurate and timely answers to frequently asked questions. This has reduced the workload on our customer service teams, allowing them to focus on more complex cases requiring personalized attention.
WotNot's multi-channel support is another highlight. The tool integrates seamlessly into various communication channels, such as our website and apps. This has enabled us to reach our patients across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent experience across all touchpoints. Despite its many advantages, we discovered some limitations when using WotNot. At times, scalability can be an issue. As our organization grew, we encountered some difficulties in adapting and scaling the WotNot implementation to meet our ever-changing needs. I love how helpful their sales teams were throughout the process. The sales team understood our challenge and proposed a custom-fit solution to us. Also, their chatbot builder is so easy to use, and our team was literally able to create over 30+ bots independently in a few weeks time.

Wouldn’t call it a dislike, but we have a vast workflow, which is very difficult to manage; if they can improve visualization or smooth handling, Then it would greatly benefit all customers. I am awed by their implementation teams' dedication and responsiveness to getting our project executed. Our project with them also involved our IT partner, with whom they smoothly coordinated to deliver everything within the said timeline.
