Wouldn’t call it a dislike, but we have a vast workflow, which is very difficult to manage; if they can improve visualization or smooth handling, Then it would greatly benefit all customers. Our project with them also involved our IT partner, with whom they smoothly coordinated to deliver everything within the said timeline.
