Most helpful:no complications, the system is intuitive and very straightforward to use. No back and forth between employers and employees.

Speaking about Worksome from the talent perspective. It offers clear and concise arrangments for my engagements all in one place. We can have conversations with the hiring personnel. I submit all my timesheets and payment requests via there. I also work with multiple clients who use Worksome so it's excellent to be able to manage a few contracts in one place. Honestly there it's much. But if I were to give one element for improvement I'd suggest the linking on the payment request screen. Sometimes I forget that clicking on the name of the engagement from the payment request screen doesn't open the payment request, it instead opens the original engagement. Very easy to submit your hours and any associated expenses. I have used Worksome now when employed by three different clients. It's extremely easy to use and preferable than dealing with internal payroll department. You also know that if a payment is late that Worskome will be issuing a reminder to the client.
