What I like best about Tacitbase is how it makes hiring so much easier and faster for me and my team. The automatic resume ranking is a huge time-saver, we don't have to spend hours going through resumes manually anymore. One of my favorite features is the Slack integration. The resume relevancy feature and Tacitbase's AI job posting saves my tons of time every day. I liked its simple and easy-to-understand user-oriented design. I loved its Label and member-wise filter feature, it saves a lot of time. And most importantly their support team is incredible, they will help you over email and teach you how to use tacitbase software effectively. The 1-1 session was really meaningful for me. Even for non-techies, the platform is very user-friendly and provides a wide range of features, such as interview scheduling, job boards, and applicant tracking.
