Worknice Pros and Cons

Worknice has streamlined our school's HR processes by providing an easy-to-use platform to onboard new staff; store current staff information; manage compliance documentation; process leave requests; and generate contracts. The team have been very responsive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to help us resolve a challenge within our organisation relating to staff work patterns and leave requests. The user interface of Worknice is easy to navigate, with filters and tags making it easy to sort and filter through information easily. I’ve used a number of HR platforms in the past, and what I love about Worknice is it seems like it has been built to actually solve the problems of an HR function (feels like other platforms prioritise shoving zillions of features that don’t really help). Worknice is an absolutely brilliant platform. Not only does this HR platform streamline the onboarding process they allowed us to get all our compliance docs and expired certs in check. Not too mention how helpful the team is. With new features every week and a very clear road map and timeline - I really can't wait to continue to grow with such a great platform in the hands of such a capable team.
