It is difficult or impossible to make small changes to one offer for one employee, like add a line or edit a line in the offer letter. I would like to see the program generate the offer letter from the stored template, but then let me edit that one instance before sending it. I also find it difficult to create rules and adjust who gets one documents in a way that is easy to understand. The product is best for smaller businesses, and I think we will eventually grow out of it. I also find that new-document creation often requires tech support, which can take days. I use WorkBright for onboarding paperwork, and keeping up on credentials. The ease of requesting a new submission through the platform makes the job a bit easier. I've been sitting here, going through the platform clicking on multiple different tabs trying to find something that I'm not thrilled with. I believe the only downside is actually having to go in to supplemental and clicking on Add File prior to picking my file.
