**What do you like best about WorkBright?**

WorkBright allows our candidates to quickly, easily, and most importantly remotely complete their i9. The system has been integrated into our app for even easier access.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

It needs to be in more languages. We have a lot of Haitian Creole and Swahili candidates.

**What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkBright makes i9 completion a breeze and takes a lot off of recruiters.

This is a great tool for onboarding!  We had an urgent need to an onboarding solution that is digital, bi-lingual and had the ability to send links via text.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

We had some challenges with a couple of complicated forms, but they worked with us to resolve the challenge.

Ability to perform remote i9 verification and remote onboarding!  So easy to use.

Remote i9 verification is the reason we looked into using Workbright and it has made it simple and kept us fully compliant!

It is also easy to integrate information into abs. Workbright, which i use daily, has alot of different things needed to onboard properly. I like how organized it is and how easy it is to get assistance with any issues or questions.

I wish there was more self service things we can do instead of having to reach out in example: deleting forms

**What do you like best about WorkBright?**

The best thing about WorkBright is that anyone can use it. It is simple enough that regardless of someone's technology skillset, they will be able to use and complete the onboarding proces with WorkBright. The downloading of documents is very easy. The customer service is great and when we have a question or need to update a document, they are right on it. It even intergrates with ADP to make our life even easier!

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

We wish it integrated with Kantime but we wouldn't say its something we dislike. There isn't really anything we "dislike" about WorkBright.

**What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkBright helped our agency stay more compliant with onboarding and made it take half the time it used to.

**What do you like best about WorkBright?**

I like that Workbright forms can be completed electronically by employees, allowing us to save time in the office with the hiring process. It also saves a ton of paper.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

Im not a fan that you must submit a new form to the workbright team to create the fill-in version. I understand this must be done, but just dont like having to take that extra step.

Not really sure of any problems at this time.

**What do you like best about WorkBright?**

I really enjoyed using WorkBright's software.  The interface was user friendly and needed little time to become familiar with it.  The implementation specialist was helpful and took their time explaining things and answer questions. 
Creating templates, documents, workflows, and creating and assigning groups and/or mulitple groups was easy.  The ability to create contract templates with merged fields was a great feature which other onboarding platforms lack. As a seasonal business, we hire employees 3-4 months before our season starts. It was very helpful to get our employees loaded into the system well in advance of their start date (there was no time restriction based on start date to how early you could start teh process), have them sign off on contracts, and collect pertinent data early like shirt sizes, preferred name for name tags. I appreciated the easily readble and color-coded dashboard. It was also easy for our employees to use and the kiosk feature was great. If employees were having issues using their phone you could put it on kiosk mode where the employee could use your computer to complete their information and it locked out access to everythign else except the employee portal on WorkBright.  Their customer support was helpful and I attended the open hour zoom calls on a couple of occasions. Also, as a business that hires a significant amount of international seasonal workers, their I-9 forms that automatically connected their document uploads to the form made completing these a breeze. It had functions that other HR/onboarding did not that was specifically helpful as a summer camp.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

There was very little to dislike about WorkBright.  There were some minor features that would have been helpful but ultimately didn't have an effect on the use of the overall product.  For example, meany of our international seasonal workers get confused by forms such as the w4.  It would have been help to made a notes section that could be read side by side that would explain what some of the items on the form were used for. WorkBright was always receptive to feedback regarding their product.

**What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a seasonal business, we onboard 150+ employees in 1 month.  It was a time consuming process with lots of paperwork.  We wanted an software that could digitize and streamline the process and also be able to accommodate some nuiances regarding onboarding related specifically to summer camps.  We wanted the employees to complete their documents, review handbooks, review some basic training, all before their first day.  WorkBright allowed us to do this.   It saved us time, money, paper, and headaches.

The software from WorkBright is user-friendly and neatly arranged. For our company's needs, the remote I-9 capability is excellent, and their customer support is fantastic! It makes it simple for us to handle paperwork from our computer.

I wish it sent us notifications about expiring documents.

Workbright is a very useful tool for managing large amounts of documents during the employee hiring process. I love how easy it is for caregivers to register.

I love that it is easy to use, and puts the employees in control of their own paperwork. It makes it very easy to see who is compliant and who isn't as well because the way it displays is great.

I wish that there were workarounds for me to help employees on the back-end.  We have many that struggle to use it and I can't help especially when they are in a different location.

It's solving our compliance piece for I-9's, collecting additional info from employees and allowing me to send employee updates for signature.

Everything is so customizable its amazing how efficient everything is when you can create a report that has all the information you need in one spot!

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

I would like a way to flip through the forms on a staff form page. Right now I have to go to a form, exit out of that form, and then go into the next one. It would be cool to have a button that moves you from one form to the next without having to go out and back in.

Keeping digital copies of our staff paperwork so I am not constantly digging through files for people information.

It is easy to write custom notes as a user that other hiring managers can review, assisting with asynchronous communication when busy schedules do not align.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

As it stands, if an applicant is assessed to be a better fit for a department outside of their submitted application, there is no way to transfer the application with its history, it must be copied to another department.

**What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization hires seasonal workers, with multiple hiring managers accessing the application pool.  It solves the challenges inherent in competing departmental hiring needs- and from what I understand has been a tremendous improvement over our previous onboarding paperwork organization.

Being able to verify employment for remote employees all over the states is key for us. I have not worked with any vendor that does that so easily.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

Intergratin E-Verify was difficult. It took a few calls with WorkBright and had to set up our E-Verify account differently which was a bit annoying. If I knew what kind of profile I needed to start, I think that would've made it a lot easier.

We have been able to hire more remote employees and verify employment virtually.

I appreciate WorkBright for its efficiency and ease of use for our candidates. It also simplifies the E-verify process significantly.

I wish it were easier to contact customer service when needed.

It addresses the issue of requiring our candidates to come to the office for documentation review. Additionally, this process has greatly improved the time needed to complete the E-verify process, allowing my team to move on to other onboarding compliance checks more quickly.

The system was easy to use. Set was quick and easy.

We used WorkBright for a very short time during the remote I9 process. Once the federal policy included a way to complete I9s remotely, we had no reason to use it any longer.

Unfortunately, WorkBright has been discontinued at the company I work at. There is no benefit to us now that the federal policy encompasses a way to verify I9s remotely.

It's pretty user-friendly and much better than having to have them manually fill out the forms

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

I want notifications when an applicant fills out the paperwork so I can do my part.

We used to manually have the applicants fill out the forms and have to physically view the identifying information. Having a secure way to do this with less work on both our parts is fantastic.

Using WorkBright is an effective solution for remote verification of identification for I-9s for those companies that do not utilize E-Verify.  It is a fairly simple tool to use and allows the company to complete I-9s electronically.

The steps to reverify I-9s can be complicated.

WorkBright is an effective tool for electronic I-9s and remote verification of IDs for companies that do not utilize E-Verify.

The company I joined was already utilizing WorkBright when I arrived.  The thing I liked best was how easy it was to use.

**What do you dislike about WorkBright?**

I didn't like the functionality of it - it was quite bland and the layout was odd.  I am not sure which version we had or which features we were utilizing but I did not care for it.  Intergrating new documents was also difficult.

Honestly, I didn't feel like it solved any of my problems.

The simplicity and ease of the platform while still being reliable, secure and accurate. WorkBright has everything we need to get our remote verifications done easily. Thank you WorkBright!

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about the platform

**What problems is WorkBright solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our employees are remote and work all across the country. Without WorkBright, there'd be no easy or affordable way to verify I-9 documents without a notary or flying out to that person's location. Neither of these are great options. It'd be so expensive and difficult to manage everything by hand or in spreadsheets. The platform makes it so seamless and easy to get done what we need to make a great onboarding experience while staying compliant.
