What do you like best about work4all?

Over the years that we have been using Work4all (8 years), our company has been in various stages. Starting as a 2-man office, we have grown to over 20 employees. Organization is essential with such growth. Employee administration, CRM overview, prioritization of customers, and weekly to-dos can be perfectly managed in Work4all. Without my tidy desk (user interface), I can't even leave the office anymore :D. What do you dislike about work4all?

Difficult question, when one has been stuck for so many years and naturally no longer looks to the right and left and looks at other programs. Even though the design has been adjusted repeatedly and updates come in quite regularly, the design could certainly be improved a bit. What problems is work4all solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about work4all?

We have been using W4A for over 10 years as a CRM and ERP and are especially impressed by the support and flexibility. Since we introduced W4A, our company has almost doubled in revenue, personnel, and thus workload, which naturally increased the demands on our CRM. With each passing year, we were happier with our decision, as we realized that the software could perfectly scale with this growth or even enabled it in some cases. The tool can essentially cover every important use case and comes with extremely fast support. Thus, our entire company now runs on W4A, and we are much closer to the customer. I personally also really like the openness and the possible interfaces to other providers like Tableau, which allows for even more customized dashboarding. What do you dislike about work4all?

In recent years, it has been noticed that the desktop version reaches its limits here and there. However, normal business operations were not disrupted by this. Since the W4A team is always very customer-oriented and has always listened to our feedback patiently, these small issues are now being addressed. What do you like best about work4all?

I have been enthusiastic about work4all since the first day. The software solution has proven to be extremely practical, as it covers all steps from initial contact to accounting in a single solution.

The onboarding was smooth and uncomplicated, and I was pleasantly surprised that it required less effort than expected. Especially the training of my employees went smoothly, which is not always the case with other solutions.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the software. It is time-saving and efficiency-enhancing, making it much easier for my team to complete their work. For all these reasons, I can wholeheartedly recommend work4all. If someone is looking for a modern, efficient, and comprehensive solution, this software is definitely the right choice. What do you like best about work4all?

We have been using Work4all for four years now and are extremely happy. Unlike our previous CRM system, we don't need additional tools to cover all the functions. Above all, we were impressed by the range of functions and the user interface. This made it very easy for our employees to get up to speed.
