It has excellent functions that help me on a day-to-day basis, it facilitates the creation and combination of PDF documents, as well as the possibility of later converting to other formats, it has allowed me to recover files that I only had as images and convert them to PDF again through OCR, it's very easy to work, I like being able to drag and drop. The wonderashare tool that i use in my university is awesome and truly easy to work with. It is easy to handle and use all the features of this tool. So far i used the AI summarisation tool , i use it very freqeuntly for my subject purposes. PDFelement simplifies very complex PDFs through their intuitive AI editing, conversion and OCR functions and it really streamlines my work and that is why I feel good about it. I also enjoy quick, friendly customer service that quickly solves my problems when even I lapse and besides that, working in present and older versions on old projects is just fantastic. I wish image processing was a bit more robust and flexible to better support some of my creative workflows. A few icons, as well as navigation elements, may not be so intuitive, thereby sometimes slowing things down, but these minor inconveniences, however, do not eclipse the many strengths it has. I like this much more than other PDF editors I’ve tried as it’s very intuitive and even for more complicated tasks like editing scanned documents or combining several files. It’s got all the features like editing, converting, annotating and even AI working for more productivity. I am not too happy with the so called “perpetual” license which in fact is not perpetual since every time I upgrade my PC or my OS, they ask me to pay all over again. Also sometimes forced updates happen even without admin approval and that also really messes up my setup, especially when IT’s supposed to be needing to come in and fix it and especially after updates, it sometimes quite gets into a misfiring mode at times a user needs it the most for some particular work on Windows. The workflow in this app is just awesome, as it is helping me in my scientific researches and other research paper works of my field of study. As it is easily applicable and simply be linked with other tool i found it the best to use it for the annotation feature and easy application. Most of the important feature of wondershare pdf is related to the Ai tools and it's UI. The best feature is its optical character recognititon and AI pdf translate. This tool is a true wonder , it is easy to handle and use also it is simply incredible to be implemented and i use it on a frequent basis . I am in a company working as a data entry operator , so i have to go through multiple pdf at a time i found wondershare pdf element which is the outstanding application i have ever came across. It is easy to implement as the tools present is a total worth. It is easy to tag with other softwares and tools as it has the perfect customer support available. Wondershare pdf element is the best software tool for me and i highly recommend it as a music company director . I work on license and agreement , so i found pdf element a perfect tool and easily usable tool which has a lot of features and i use mostly PDF e sign for my contractual and agreemental purpose. Using this app on a frequent basis i found that it is so easy to work on and understand and learn thus implementation is cool. Having a lifetime license is a huge plus for me since I am more into one time purchases than continuous subscriptions and I love how easy it is to work on my PDFs from my phone and laptop and not worry about file compatibility. It would be nice if the AI content on this seems a bit less canned for some people more tailored rather than sounding sometimes a bit too general and obtuse; overall, I think these are minor issues, and I wish they would iron the product out even further in future updates. The UI is very intuitive as going through the application feels very fluid and editing PDFs are mostly word processing and even though the OCR is far from perfect but it totally changes the game in terms of how I deal with scanned papers now. And what’s also nice about it's perpetual license is the freedom it gives me from a monthly subscription and along with the ability to handle more than one PDF is particularly useful for managing large amounts of pdfs at once. For me, the main disadvantage is that the software sometimes has a hard time with complex PDFs when converting them to word or excel as it typically inserts whole pages as images rather than editable text. Was looking for a decent pdf editor and was trying out the free ones first but most free versions had very limited functionality or just didn't completely have the functions that I was looking for. But then when I saw wondershare was providing lifetime licenses for PDFelement, I decided to buy 2 licenses, one for my phone and another for my pc. Like I said, I bought 2 licenses one for my phone and another for my pc but this is what I dislike about them. As they have made their licenses such that you can't use a single license on all the OS.
