As I am a fashion designer, so for my designs and concepts I need to work on multiple pdfs, I came across this tool, and I found out that this tool is very convenient to use, and I use it daily in my university and for my classes of fashion designing. It truly easy to be implemented with most of the features, which is a must in this busy life. It enhances the customer reliability over this stool as it is easy to integrate with other tools, and the customer support response is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using this tool for over 2 years. The only thing that I don't like is its monochromic design and UI. The UI must be more attractive and more catchy overall. All features work very well. AI tools can be updated and enhanced with more ML training with native local languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most surprising of all was how Wondershare PDFelement handled specialized PDF-related operations that most applications struggle with as trying to work with scanned architectural plans, I often find the OCR engine not only detects text but actually keeps the formatting better than certain industry behemoths. The bulk processing of hundreds of image-heavy PDFs into searchable text in minutes was a lifesaver too and the ability to produce custom stamps and automatically re-annotate repeated documentations has really simplified my review process. While a strong application, I’ve noticed PDFelement does falter a bit with extremely large, graphics-heavy files at times introducing some lag and while the e-signature tool is nice it doesn’t have some of the sophisticated tracking options that would tip the scale in its favor as far as competitiveness. Also, even though the UI is generally clean, many of the advanced tools are hidden and hard to find without closely perusing menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Wondershare PDFElement in my work as a medicolegal transcriptionist. I have 2 software programs that I use, and, while the other one is faster in performing OCR, Wondershare PDFElement is much more accurate. Additionally, the interface is more straightforward and user-friendly. I can find what I need to do much more easily than with the other program. Specifically, if I need to OCR only 2 pages out of a 2000-page records file, I can easily separate them out with PDFElement to perform the OCR function on only those 2 pages.
I also really like that there are regular upgrades. I've used PDFElement for quite a few years now, and the improvements to the software are very noticeable and very welcome and have really improved the user experience. For instance, It's much easier now to find the OCR button, and the user options seem better organized and easier to view.
As well, I have to say that customer service is very responsive. With the other software that I use, I have only once received a response from customer service and have received no response at all the last time I emailed with a "how-to" question. In my line of work, I receive productivity pay vs. hourly or salary, so it is literally worth my while to find software that works quickly and efficiently. If PDFElement worked just as quickly as the other software, I would use that as my primary OCR software. That said, the speed of PDFElement's OCR has definitely improved over the years, as has the interface itself. My primary OCR software usually works fine, but when it doesn't deliver, i.e., specifically, if I'm unable to copy/paste from the document, I always go to PDFElement, and 99% of the time, its OCR function is superior to the other software that I use.
I also appreciate the variety of price points offered. I have the professional version, and am very happy there was an option for a perpetual license. PDFElement has been invaluable addition to my work toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are just a couple of features I would improve on with Wondershare PDFElement, the most important one being the OCR rate. It has definitely improved over the years, and once it performs the OCR function at the same lightning speed as my other software, I will switch to PDFElement as my primary OCR software.
Secondly, I would create more options for changing visual color theme/skins for the interface. For the other OCR software that I use, there is a very appealing beige and soft green color scheme that's easier on my eyes. If I'm recalling correctly, PDFElement only offers light and dark as the options for viewing (I might be mistaken, as I haven't explored available themes with the latest version of the software). This is definitely not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have more options to customize the appearance of the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplified user interface of this application makes downloading and editing PDF files easy and users of a pricey membership does not need to pay for it to benefit from the large feature set of the program, which includes artificial intelligence and document converting tools. And because it allows me access to all the required tools without paying me continuous costs, I was able to effectively edit, convert and manage PDFs on account and one major benefit among the staff members is the speed with which the technical support personnel tackles and fixes problems. Actually, the license agreement controls the impression that it is a lifelong license, but it does not really be such. And the installation of forced updates calls for the involvement of administrative staff and may take place without authorization. Also big program changes call for new software purchases and to exacerbate matters, even the most basic activities, such printing, need for checking in for no apparent reason. Batch processing is really a revolutionary feature as you can convert multiple PDFs at once and it really helps a lot when working on large projects. The form-filling and creation tools are really great also and I often use them to create interactive PDFs for client contracts and job applications without needing any additional software. It also allows me to easily highlight, comment and even digitally sign my files and the redaction tool also allows me to securely ‘black out’ sensitive information before I share a document. The help system is a bit clunky and sometimes it takes longer to track down specific troubleshooting answers than one would expect. Some advanced formatting features, especially on complex tables just don’t come out perfect after PDFs are converted to Excel. Also it looks nice in terms of user interface but still has some not so intuitive menu options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all, thank you for creating this software. It has really helped me in my work of report making. So, I make reports to be given to clients and the amount of options that I get in the software to edit my pdfs is really mesmerising. And the ease by which I am able to do so is comendable. I use this software daily for my work and the ease by which I am able to implement the features this software provides lets me think how effective a software can be. I also integrate this software to export the pdfs to my different apps that makes report and it's really easy to do so. Also, the customer care team is responsive and are very eager to help whenever I needed any help for my queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, a detailed guide to all the different features will help. Apart from that, this software is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very intuitive and easy to get around with PDFelement as it just feels like everything is right where you have it or need it. Ocr is also pretty accurate which turns scanned documents into editable ones with minimal effort and without stalling my pc in the process. Also I like their diverse ways of dealing with PDFs such as merging, splitting, converting or even editing them are so smooth and it’s not at all expensive and neither does strip down vital capabilities like Adobe Acrobat; in other words it is a much cheaper alternative to the former. The software is mostly responsive and though you might not notice it when it renders those large full-page PDFs, I personally feel a more flexible pricing structure could be offered, especially for the light users. I only wish there was support for those rare Linux images and that would have truly made this complete for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The greatest benefit that PDFelement provides is that it combines almost all required PDF tools into a single program and it does all nicely when I have to mark research papers, edit a contract, translate scanned pages into an editable Word document. And this lifetime license, unlike Adobe Acrobat Pro, which can really grow expensive over time, gives me zero concern about monthly or annual expenses and PDFelement also offers far more features than other free programs without pushing me into a subscription like PDF-XChange or Foxit Reader. Annoying that I can only apply my license on one OS; hence if I alternate between a Mac desktop and Windows laptop, I would need to buy a second subscription. On the other hand, with more flexible Adobe Acrobat and Nitro PDF, multiple devices can be used under the same account. But considering the very great cost, there should at least be a cross-platform solution for PDFelement, especially for those who use several devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is one of the best PDF editor tools I have seen so far. Since it is simple and easy to use solo or by integration with other applications. The tool as a map evaluator helps me to annotate and summarize the pdf AI. It is easy to implement, and the user can truly feel the smoothness and the features of the UI. The customer care of this application are very awesome, and as i need it for my annotating pdf and pdf summarisation, i use it literally everyday for my official map evaluation purposes. I am not sure about each and every feature of this application but some of the features like AI OCR scans seems to be less accurate sometimes and the pdf conversion in batches mostly feels like it taking time a bit longer thn usual . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the fact that I can customize it in anyway I like and the fact that it is packed with so many features like pdf to other word or image conversion, merging or splitting pdfs and creating new pdfs from scratch. Also I like how easy it is for me to go full screen and have 2 pages displayed at once from just clicking a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works without any problem all the time but though once I saw it crash out of nowhere when I tried to open 6 pdfs at once but since then I did not have such problem as I always opened one pdf at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wondershare PDFelement has a good UI which is really smooth to use. If you think about editing a pdf, you can do it very simply, the execution and implementation is very simple and the features are really cool. Whenever, I want to edit pdf, I only use this software. We use this software in my office and we use this software in addition to other apps as well to collaborate. Also, the customer executive team is very accessible and very friendly. The AI grammar check which I use to edit my pdf is sometimes not very efficient and gives inaccurate result. Also, the AI chat feature can be a bit more responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
