The UI is very intuitive as going through the application feels very fluid and editing PDFs are mostly word processing and even though the OCR is far from perfect but it totally changes the game in terms of how I deal with scanned papers now. And what’s also nice about it's perpetual license is the freedom it gives me from a monthly subscription and along with the ability to handle more than one PDF is particularly useful for managing large amounts of pdfs at once. For me, the main disadvantage is that the software sometimes has a hard time with complex PDFs when converting them to word or excel as it typically inserts whole pages as images rather than editable text. Also the customer service were also not able to correct some repeating occurrences, such as randomly unpinning pinned files which is very annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was looking for a decent pdf editor and was trying out the free ones first but most free versions had very limited functionality or just didn't completely have the functions that I was looking for. But then when I saw wondershare was providing lifetime licenses for PDFelement, I decided to buy 2 licenses, one for my phone and another for my pc. Like I said, I bought 2 licenses one for my phone and another for my pc but this is what I dislike about them. As they have made their licenses such that you can't use a single license on all the OS. I like the designs and layout of this Wondershare PDFelement app. i can easily navigate the useful tools as a Quick tools which is top center of my screen. The Organize option in Quick took let me arrange and shuffle the pages easily. i can translate the text in target language which is useful for me to make me understand things quickly and easily. one thing i was facing an issue while using Wondershare PDfelement is it's zooming feature, while zooming in and out in pdf i notice a sudden lag and was not smooth. i also think the free trial period should be increase to 15 days if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i personally like the interface of this app, it is user friendly. At the top of the screen it has quick tools which has so many options which let me edit pdf, convert pdf, ocr pdf, compress pdf. The subscription plan for yearly and quarterly is not best in my view. it can be more less if its possible. The free trial period should be increase from 7 days to 15 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Wondershare PDFelement almost for 4 years and I can definitely say that it was well worth it for my money. And the best thing I like about it that it has very stable updates so over these 4 years, there has been no such update where I regretted updating it and unlike most softwares where the program becomes slow or buggy after a mojor update, wondershare has done a great job in this case. I wouldn't say that I dislike it but when opening multiple pdfs in the pdfelement, it consumes was too much ram and cpu and once I saw it consuming 1.5 gb of ram out of 8 gb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used a number of other PDF viewers and editors including PDF Expert I keep coming back to PDF Element as it is the most fully featured app out there. It is generally easy to use and when I have had a question the customer support is immediate and very helpful.

Sometimes the amount of features can be overwhelming but a call to Customer Support solves any issue. There are a few minor niggles eg to Extract a PDF from a PDF document should be a right-click > Extract but there is an extra stage in its current implementation. But Wondershare are very happy to receive suggestions for future versions.

Upgrading from the annual contract can be a bit lengthy but again they apparently plan to make this simpler.

Friendly and effective layout, all useful features including editing, Create, Protect, Forms etc. Very useful is Convert between diffferent formats to and from PDF - a strongly needed feature. AI feature has a strong use on daily basis though it involves additional payment.

Have been using Android and IOS version and cloud and all work smoothly with cross working on different gadgets and same document.

Addition of cloud service to store the documents is a great help always.

All in all a full PDF software on all above system for regular use in all daily work. Updates are nice and regular and hope AI will become more affordable to use with time and get better and better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface is very good but Right side panel showing AI features always opens by default and can't be hidden till you click on the arrow till you click every time.

Paymnet for AI use can be more affordable

Can slow down a bit if few conversions are used at a time . Hope to get a better speed with updates.

I have used Wondershare PDFelement as my PDF editing software for my law practice for nearly 7 years. It has all of the practical features that I need to run my business every day without charging me a costly annual subscription. PDFelement gave me the ability to purchase a perpetual license for a reasonable cost, without sacrificing features or performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, if you want to request e-signatures through PDFelement, you have to purchase a separate annual subscription to Wondershare's cloud service. I'm hoping that future versions of the PDFelement software will include e-signature requesting and processing without an extra charge (or for only a modest additional perpetual license fee). I really enjoy the tool's ability to convert PDFs into multiple formats such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additonally, when working with a PDF, the edit tools are excellent. It is easy to use, installation via online download is quick and seamless and customer support is readily available, if required.
