I would say WON is a great third-party vendor for a scaling start-up. The upstart costs and input is very, very light. You can get moving right away. And you can come out at the other side with rich qualitative insights that are actionable and will inform your product strategy, potentially your go-to market strategy. Absolutely thrilled with the depth and the quality of information we've been able to glean from our win/loss program with WON. The team is flexible, able to change interviews on the fly, and does a great job of digging deep into what really mattered in a win or a loss situation. It can be challenging getting our customers and lost prospects to agree to an interview, even with an incentive - but we've been getting better with this over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our sales team doesn't always get a clear or complete story on why a deal was lost... or even why a deal was won. We wanted a better picture - and wow, we've discovered a goldmine of information.
