Wistia provides a way to store all of your video content in an organized fashion. In addition to that, my main focus is webinars. They helped me onboard to the WistiaLive platform and made sure I understood the features. I love the WistiaLive platform - I came over from GoTo. We do both prerecorded and live webinars. I love how easy is it to upload a video to Wistia and then share it anywhere I need to. I can then gather data on who has watched my videos and for how long. They even have a great service for captioning my videos so that our Deaf and Hard of Hearing members can also watch our videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the Webinar feature had the ability to schedule reoccurring Webinars, that's the only thing stopping us from moving our Weekly Webinars over to Wistia Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Wistia services daily, as it's our media library that' we've intergrated into our SaaS platform. It easy to use when dealing with video and media uploads, and with more and more services veing provided, it's becoming even more evident that we'll need to implement update updates on our side to further intergrate services within on our own platform. It's hard to find something to dislike, but from my perspective as a desinger, and someone who is very visual, I find the interface can be a bit hard to navigate from time to time. I've gotten lost on more than one ocassion in the past looking for something. But as someone who's been working online for over 30 yrs, I can see the benifits to keeping a simplified interface active, so I'm not to sure this counts as a dislike. Wistia is a great video platform for businesses. I have been using it for years now and the video display customization, the integrations into CMS tools and the quick customer service makes it a no-brainer for companies that want to use video for marketing, landing page designs and more. What makes Wistia such a great tool is its ease of integration in landing pages and the ability to swap in updated versions of videos while maintaining the same URL. The channel feature also makes it easy to pull in categories of videos as a way to display them in an attractive and easy to view way. We also embed those channel page designs into our website which makes it so much easier to swap in videos, organize them and create an overall beautiful presentation. There's very little to dislike about the tool, I haven't run into any challenges for things I want to do so far so I am grateful for that. I wish there was a way to link comments to accounts in HubSpot or so, that way I could easily click on the account and view it from Wistia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to upload a video, and in addition to that being able to send a specific link to a prospect and look at their views of it. We also use it quite a bit in our follow up process if we need to share a video that needs to be shared with more folks.

Primarily, we have really benefitted from the robust API that Wistia provides. We have been able to build our video service around the functionality that it provides. Appears the platform and features are getting more robust each quarter. Performance and ease of use are great. The integration with HubSpot adds some nice features, but is still limited by the Marketing Events object. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the Events, using the Marketing Events object in HubSpot for tracking can be limiting with your workflows. Zapier also limited for Events. Clearly the primary functionality is still video plays, but if Events/Webinars are going to be a core feature the integrations need to step up on those sides as well. While there are many videos editing options out there, including some within other apps I use, I find Wistia to be the best for editing and polishing video with a lot of talking especially with their easy transcript+edit features. The solution is easy to use and collaborate on as well as export to social, website embeds, etc. I was able to pick up how to use it very quickly which is important when you don't have a dedicated video team. This could be a "me" issue but I have not been able to convince our team to use it for hosting live webinars yet - some other solutions have better controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently started using Wistia for all our live webinars and have been super happy with how easy it is to use, integrate with our CRM, and how nice the interface looks. A huge plus is that it is browser-based, so our webinar attendees don't need to worry about downloading or troubleshooting.

Wistia also recently improved event reporting so we can easily track attendees by UTM source and measure success much more easily than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
