I have been partnered with Wistia since 2020. I have placed over 300 videos on my website. For unknown reasons, the videos no longer play on my website. I am on the shopify platform. My theme has remained the same. Wistia tells me i need to replace the old embed code with the newest version of embed code from their website for each video I have placed. This will take a LOT of time. To contract this job, it will cost roughly $1600. Wistia offers no help, no sympathy, no discount to help cover the cost. Nothing.
