My headshot photo in my signature helps me to look polished and professional! I love the features they are easy to customize, implente and intgrate into gmail. There are several things I like/love about WiseStamp:

the ability to add headshots (or not)

the easy in uniformity

the ability to add eye-catching banners to advertise

very user friendly

I would like a scheduler for the banners. I haven't found this tool, if it does exist. It would be helpful when posting event related banners that are date specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WiseStamp made our global Agency Signature insertion process simple to create and simple to manage. The sync process made implementation very easy. Their customer support is friendly, well educated and knowlegeable. The Signature is frequently used by all staff through Microsoft 365. The integration process was extrememly simple.
