What do you like best about WiseStamp?

What do you like best about WiseStamp?

I can apply my signature to multiple email platforms. I only have to update my signature in wisestamp and it updates everywhere. I don't have to manipulate my signature in the signature setting box. So many really nice feature. Worth the $. I was trying to use different free versions, and they just weren't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WiseStamp?

Removes the IT / backend aspect of setting up an email signature. We do not have IT nor the funds to support this part on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseStamp?

I was bribed to write a good review with the incentive of an amazon giftcard. After I made the review and asked our "Account executive" when I would get the gift card, it had already expired. Not only this, but I had never been given a chance to claim it or any sort of notification. I emailed our account executive and he has been the opposite of helpful, and chooses to ignore any feedback or issues within emails.

I have had sales people at wisestamp try to sell my on a package WHEN WE ARE ALREADY APART OF IT. The sales guy had literally no idea we are already using the service, and I had to email him multiple times.

The templates are not very helpful. They really only show different spacial variations of the same fonts, colors, bars,etc. I feel as if each template should be unique from a design perspective, not just another format of the same signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WiseStamp?

Ease of use. It is super easy to add users manually, edit users, and create new signatures—it is an incredibly user—friendly platform. We recenelt went trhougha google to microsfot transition and they made the new integration a breeze. Travis Redwood is a great account manager.
