we have had some set-up and integration challenges as well as delays or complete absence in help from support. For me personally, I have not had these issues as I haven't needed to contact support, but my colleagues have reported this issue. I have used this service for the last three years. Somehow I had two different accounts (two different emails.) I did not realize the problem until renewal time. I wanted to renew but I didn't want to pay twice. I reached out to support and they were very responsive and combined the two accounts into one. I believe that there service is valuable to me and that's why I continue to renew.
