WiseStamp is great because it gives a number of people on our team access to a platform to enable and disable signautures as people are onboarded or offboarded. It is a clean and sophisticated system, that we are consistenly updating as we have new campaigns. When we've had need for troubleshooting issues as well, they are quick to respond and address, whihc we greatly appreciate. Not all platforms offer such good customer service. Because of all the email platforms people use within our organization (mobile, Mac, PC) it can be a tad challenging sometimes to figure out best approach to make everything look streamlined - not insurmountable, but just a challenge. Also our logo has a thin border which does not always appear in full before sending. Again, not a huge issue (since the final product is consistent in the end), just more of a mild annoyance.
